The Team
Brian’s career in IT and change spans 44 years resulting in a versatile & commercially-astute Senior Consultant with diverse experience across B2B, B2C, financial service, banking, commercial, legal, consulting, government and global corporate sectors. Since 2002 Brian has specialised in change and transformation management, business readiness, data management, data readiness, regulatory compliance, KYC / AML, solutions implementation, and realisation of business benefits, working on large global programmes in legal and banking sectors.
Adopting a collaborative approach Brian is able to translate business requirements into tangible, realistic programme deliverables and outcomes, to successful transformational leadership, engaging with business stakeholders at C-level / Board & 3rd parties, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ Operating Models and technology and business enabled change.
Following a short career commission in the Royal Navy as an helicopter Observer, Chris moved to the finance industry in 1994 working in Securities settlement at Coutts Group. Subsequently joining IT as a Business Analyst and then a Project Manager, Chris then embarked on a career as a Management consultant covering a broad spectrum of areas, ranging from Payments to Compliance to Data and working in both IT and functional areas of the business. Having specialised in Data Management for the last 5 years at RBS, HSBC and recently Dentons LLP, Chris is well placed to offer clients guidance and expertise to support them manage and govern the strategic asset that is Data
Paul began his career by programming the Artemis planning and scheduling system, running on IBM mainframes, to develop bespoke project management systems, user interface designs, and operational reporting. He progressed into the management and implementation of projects and programmes, and then into the application and execution of project and programme support offices. His move into the data sector began in 2014 with a role in a Global Standards programme that was initiated by HSBC bank. This programme implemented quality standards on customer information to ensure it was accurate, up to date and complete. Paul’s role was to manage the Data Readiness workstream through to hand over to the BAU teams. Subsequent roles have focused on global change and transformation programmes covering business readiness, data analysis and requirements, project and programme management, and PMO implementation.
